8Inspection departments and personnel at all levels shall conduct on-site inspection of all links, closely combine the management and operation levels, and form a quality system mechanism of “top-down connection and horizontal coordination”.
9According to the construction procedures of steel structure engineering, organize reasonable construction, civilized construction, assign tasks, clearly put forward quality requirements, and earnestly achieve “four insistences” and “four prohibitions”.
The “four insistences” are as follows:
A. Adhere to the principle of who is responsible for the construction quality;
B. Adhere to the review and inspection system of finished products;
C. Adhere to the system of “three inspections and two evaluations” (self inspection, special inspection, mutual inspection, preliminary evaluation and re evaluation);
D. Adhere to quality inspection and evaluation.
”Four prohibitions” are:
A. Construction is not allowed to start without proper preparation;
B. No construction is allowed without quality assurance measures;
C. Do not start work until you are familiar with the design drawings;
D. No construction is allowed without technical and safety disclosure.
10On site steel structure construction personnel should do a good job in the installation of data and software, fill in accurate, true and synchronized with the hardware, the inspectors should check the software at the same time when checking the hardware.
11The quality assurance system of steel structure engineering shall be established and operated in the construction.
12During the fabrication and installation of steel structure, the self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection system shall be strictly implemented. The next process can only be carried out after the self inspection of each process reaches the excellent standard. The inspection work shall be carried out by personnel. The components that do not meet the quality objectives shall be marked and repaired in time to prevent the unqualified products from flowing into the next process.

13The construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the design drawing of steel structure engineering, and the post technical responsibility system and technical disclosure system shall be seriously implemented. The technical disclosure work must be simple and easy to understand, and the construction process card system shall be implemented.The construction process card must indicate the technical points and precautions of single project, and indicate the process, detection content and standard, so as to make the construction process card become the code of conduct to guide the project.
14Strict material management system for steel structure engineering shall be formulated. Raw materials, semi-finished products and components required for the project must be high-quality products provided by qualified suppliers. Products without certificates are not allowed to enter the factory.
15Formulate the steel structure delivery system, strengthen the quality management in the transportation process, and reduce the deformation caused by transportation and hoisting.
