1.The waterproof materials used in the roofing project shall meet the following requirements. The engineering drawings shall indicate the type, model, specification and model of the waterproof materials, and the key physical properties shall meet the requirements of this standard for the quality standard of the raw materials;

2.When selecting roof waterproof materials, building coatings and rubber seals at joints, relevant contents of key points of design concept in Chapters 5, 6 and 8 of this standard shall be selected;

3.     Considering the enforce ability of the standards of the natural environment of the project construction and the processing technology, the raw materials used shall be miscible under the following conditions: waterproof materials (refer to waterproof rolls, building coatings, the same) and rural base modifiers, waterproof materials and adhesives, waterproof materials and sealants, waterproof materials and protective layer thickness of building coatings, two kinds of waterproof material composite type.Application, rural base modifier and rubber seal.

4.The steel structure selects the waterproof materials according to the characteristics of the building and the application role of the roof. In addition to meeting this standard, it shall also meet the following requirements: for the non-human roof exposed for application, the waterproof materials with strong adhesion to the rural base, UV resistance, heat embrittlement maintenance rate, acid rain resistance and puncture resistance shall be selected.The waterproof materials with good puncture resistance, mildew resistance and high tensile strength shall be selected for the roof.For water storage roof and planting roof, high-quality waterproof materials with corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and puncture resistance shall be selected.Thin shell, fabricated structure, steel frame structure and other long-span engineering building roofs shall be made of waterproof materials with light weight, temperature resistance and deformation capacity.The reversed roof shall be made of waterproof materials with high deformation capacity and high sealing rate at joints.For steep slope roof, waterproof materials with strong adhesive force and small temperature sensor property shall be selected.For the sealing and moisture-proof of the roof joint, the rubber seal with strong adhesion to the rural base, good cold resistance and certain migration ability shall be selected.
