1、 Conversion method of foundation cushion material
1, lime soil, sand, broken brick, crushed stone and other single materials, and the quota consumption is determined according to the following formula:
Quota consumption: quota measurement unit × compaction coefficient × (1 + loss rate)
Compaction coefficient = Virtual paving thickness △ compaction thickness
2The quantity of semi-finished products of the mixture shall be included in the quota for mixed cushion of various materials, and its compaction coefficient has been considered in the mix proportion in the appendix of the quota.
3The amount of mortar or sand used for grouting cushion with crushed stone or brick is calculated as follows:
Mortar (sand) = × filling density × (1 + loss rate) × quota unit of measurement.
Example calculation: take 1:1 sand gravel cushion of sub item 2-116 of pricing table as an example (the mix proportion is calculated by volume ratio)
(1) The porosity of the stone is × 100% = 44.4%, and the density of the gap filled with sand is 90%.
(2) The amount of crushed stone 40mm: 0.5 (measured volume) × 1.04 (compaction coefficient) × 1.5 (bulk density) × 1.02 (loss) = 0.8t
(3) Amount of yellow sand: 0.5 (rated volume) × 1.04 (compaction coefficient) × [1.46 (bulk density) × 1.05 (compaction coefficient) / (1.18 (moisture expansion rate of dry sand should be considered here)] = 0.676t
Yellow sand for joint filling: 〔 0.5-0.5 × 0.56 (stone dense volume) 〕× 0.9 × 1.04 × (1.46 × 1.05 + 1.18) = 0.28t
Total yellow sand consumption: (0.676 + 0.28) × 1.02 (loss) = 0.98t.
2、 Conversion method of brick masonry materials
The theoretical calculation formula of the amount of brick and mortar used for brick wall with different thickness per cubic meter is as follows:
A= ×K
A: Theoretical consumption of brick
K: Number of bricks with wall thickness × 2 (the number of bricks with wall thickness refers to 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, etc.)
Volume of brick: 1 × mortar
Example calculation: take the subitem of one brick exterior wall in pricing table 3-29 as an example
Amount of standard brick: = 529.10 pieces / m3
51% of the head slab, that is to say, the loss of the head slab is calculated as follows: 531.51% of the head slab + 261.51% of the head slab, i.e.
Mortar dosage: 1-0.24 × 0.115 × 0.053 × 529.10 = 0.266m3/m3, and the loss rate is calculated as 1%, then (0.226 + caulking around doors and windows 6.0 × 0.01 × 0.10) × (1 + 1%) = 0.234m3/m3.
3、 Hollow block wall, silicate block wall
Block = × block ratio × (1 + loss rate)
Standard brick = 1m3 brick masonry quantity × ratio
Mortar = 1 – the number of blocks of various specifications × the volume of each masonry block of various specifications – the volume of each brick × the number of bricks
For example calculation, take 3-22kp1 brick masonry as an example:
KP1 brick consumption: × 95% × (1 + 2%) = 336 pieces / m3
Amount of standard brick: 15 pieces / m3
4、 Calculation of combined steel formwork consumption
Combined steel formwork = 35.5kg/m2 × 10m2 × (1 + proportion of angle formwork to flat formwork) × (1 + loss rate 1%) / 50 (turnover times)
Sporadic fixture = 1 input / 28 (turnover times)
Support system = 1 input / 115 times (turnover times and foundation system times are 150 times) × 0.95 (5% is the residual value)
5、 Conversion method of concrete quantity for pile foundation
Concrete consumption of pile foundation = unit of measurement × filling coefficient × operation loss
The filling coefficient of concrete generally refers to the ratio between the actual volume of concrete and the theoretical volume of cast-in-place pile
Filling coefficient = actual pouring concrete quantity × (1 + operation loss%).
Case calculation: Taking the subitems of bored concrete piles in pricing table 2-35 and 2-36 as an example
Soil hole drilling: if the filling coefficient of concrete is 1.20, the concrete dosage is 1.0 × 1.20 × 1.015 = 1.218m3/m3
Drilling rock hole: if the filling coefficient of concrete is 1.10, the concrete dosage is 1.0 × 1.10 × 1.015 = 1.117m3/m3
Example 1: Taking the subheading of 2-45 bored cast-in-place piles as an example
When the filling coefficient of concrete is 1.20, the concrete dosage is 1.0 × 1.20 × 1.015 = 1.218m3/m3
Example 2: take 2-69 bored and expanded cast-in-place pile as an example
When the filling coefficient of concrete is 1.15 and the loss rate is 2%, the concrete dosage is 1.0 × 1.15 × 1.02 = 1.173m3/m3
6、 Calculation of composite wood formwork
The amount of composite wood formwork = 10 M2 × 1.1 loss and lap coefficient / 5 (turnover times) = 2.2 M2 composite formwork / 10 M2 contact area of formwork
7、 Calculation of material consumption of tile roof
Tile roof material consumption = × (1 + loss rate)
Take subheading 9-1 of pricing table as an example,
Tile roof material consumption = × (1 + 2.5% loss rate) = 152 pieces / 10 M2
Material consumption of clay ridge tile = × (1 + loss rate)
Take subheading 9-2 of pricing table as an example,
Material consumption of clay ridge tile = × (1 + 2.5% loss rate) = 30 pieces / 10m
8、 Conversion method of wall tile consumption
Tile consumption = × (1 + loss rate).
Example: take sub items 13-117 of the pricing table in 2004 as an example
Amount of ceramic tile 200 × 300 = × (1 + 2.5%) = 171 pieces / 10 M2
6mm thick 1:0.1:2.5 mixed mortar: 10 × 0.006 × 1.02 = 0.061m3/10 M2
12mm thick 1:3 cement mortar priming: 10 × 0.012 × (1 + deviation 5%) × (1 + 2%) + 0.007 (caulking) = 0.136m3/10 m2.
9、 Conversion method of floor material consumption of block building
1The amount of various surface materials: marble, granite, floor tile and mosaic do not consider the width of mortar joint, and the amount of block material = × (1 + loss rate).

Floor tile 300 × 300 consumption = × (1 + 2%) = 114 pieces
The bonding layer is plain cement mortar + 20mm cement mortar 1:2 + 5mm cement mortar 1:3
Cement mortar 1:2 dosage = 10 × 0.02 × 1.01 = 0.202m3/10 M2
Cement mortar 1:3 dosage = 10 × 0.005 × 1.01 = 0.051m3/10 M2
10、 Floor pointing of block material building and calculation method of amount of block material caulking material
Block material consumption = × (1 + loss rate).
Amount of caulking material = [10 - (block length × block width × 10 M2 net amount of block material)] × joint depth × (1 + loss rate)

5mm cement mortar 1:1 binding layer dosage: 10 × 0.05 × 1.01 = 0.051m3 / 10 M2
1: 1 cement mortar, 0.064m3/10 m2 in total.
1: 3 cement mortar dosage: = 10 × 0.02 × 1.01 = 0.202m3/10 m2.
11、 Determination of consumption of waterproof membrane layer
Formula: {[10 M2 × number of layers} (effective length of coil × effective width of coil)] × area of each coil + additional layer} × (1 + loss rate)
Example: take the waterproof subitem of single layer SBS membrane in pricing table 9-30 as an example
{[10 M2 × 1 layers × (1-0.1 short edge lapping) × (10-0.1 long edge lapping)] × (10 × 1 coil area) + 1.16 additional layer} (1 + 1%) = 12.5 m2 / 10 m2.
