2.Color plate of steel structure:

2.1Installation of gutter

The wheelbase of the plant is 6m, and each span gutter is divided into two sections. In order to avoid deformation during welding, indirect spot welding is used at the joint until the joint is completely flat and then fully welded.Lifting and welding shall be carried out after the qualification.

2.2Construction method of roof slab

The roof bottom plate is Q900 type plate. During construction, the bottom plate shall be fixed on the purlin plane, and then the rock wool insulation layer shall be laid.Lay from 16 axis to 1 axis.

When laying the rock wool, the roof slab should be laid at the same time. When installing the roof panel, pay attention to the horizontal flatness of the plate. Before laying the first piece, measure the parallel dimension from the parapet to the steel beam with a steel tape measure.And positioning.

When laying 3-5 roof panels, the width of ridge and cornice should be measured to ensure that the roof is parallel and the maximum slope does not exceed 20 mm

2.3Gable flashing. Construction method of roof ridge cover plate

After the roof panel installation is completed, the roof ridge cornice shall be waterproofed along the flashing edge. During the installation of the roof ridge cap, the overlapping part length shall not be less than 100 mm, and rivets shall be used for connection. After the ridge cover plate is completed, all exposed rivets shall be covered with sealing glue.

2.4Installation method of wall color plate

When installing the wall panel, the outer wall panel shall be installed first, and the outer wall panel shall be fixed outside the purlin. After the first external wall panel is fixed, the ultra straight setting out and ultra leveling shall be carried out. After the installation of the outer panel, the insulation cotton shall be laid. In order to prevent the thermal insulation surface from sagging, rock wool nails shall be laid on the external wall panel to ensure that the insulation surface is fixed without sagging,The inner wall panel is fixed on the inner side of purlin and laid at the intersection of insulation surface.The method is the same as that of exterior wall.

Quality assurance measures

1. After the workers enter the site, the three-level education shall be carried out first, and the construction operation points shall be emphasized before the shift every day, and the quality awareness education shall be strengthened.Before the construction of each process, detailed technical disclosure must be made to the workers.

2All materials and equipment required for the project must be provided with certificate of conformity or material certificate. All kinds of certificates shall be registered in the list and checked with the physical objects.If there is no such document, the acceptance or construction can be rejected.If there is any doubt, it should be rechecked and identified, and it can be used only after it is qualified.

3During transportation, stacking and hoisting, deformation of color plate and falling off of coating are strictly prohibited.

4After the color plate is formed, the coating and coating shall be free of visible cracks, spalling and scratches.

5After forming, the surface of color board should be clean without obvious concave convex and wrinkle.

6The color plate, flashing board and corner plate shall be fixed reliably and firmly, and the anti-corrosion coating and sealing material shall be well laid,

7At the height of 250mm away from the crest height of the gable, a 10 mm × 15 mm flooding trough is opened along the roof slope. Then, the joint of the flashing plate and the groove is connected and fixed with M6 expansion bolt, and the exposed expansion bolt part is sealed with sealant; the connection with the roof panel is fixed on the roof panel bracket with self tapping screw, and the flashing board and roof panel are fixed with full-length stagnant tapeWaterproof treatment shall be carried out at the joints.

8The color board should be installed flat and straight, and the board surface should be free of construction residues and dirt.Cornice should be straight line, there should be no untreated wrong drilling hole.

9The project management department and other operation teams shall carry out construction in strict accordance with the approved technical documents, and shall not be changed at will.Site technicians and quality inspectors have the right to check the implementation and correct the construction methods that violate the established measures in time.

10.If defects are found in the original construction process, the site technical director shall put forward modification opinions, and the change shall be notified in the form of technical contact sheet after the approval of the original approval department.

11.The construction personnel can put forward reasonable suggestions for the approved technical measures, and notify the change with the technical contact sheet after the approval of the original approval department.

12.Formal change drawing or notice shall be provided for drawing modification or material substitution proposed by the owner or design unit.

13.In case of any change due to construction needs or rationalization suggestions, the project management department shall propose to the owner in the form of a technical contact list, and can only be implemented after receiving a formal reply.

14.For problems in the construction, if it is necessary to consult the superior technical department, the formal notice shall prevail after the scheme is determined.

15.The construction workers, quality inspectors and team leaders shall timely and seriously make various construction records and truthfully reflect the construction situation.

16.Construction technology management shall be carried out in strict accordance with code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures (GB 50205-2001) and code for design, construction and acceptance of high strength bolt connections in steel structures (jgj-91).

17.Technical documents for delivery

After the completion of the steel structure installation project, the completion data shall be sorted out together with the construction unit according to the company’s provisions on technical documents and the requirements of code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structure engineering (GB 50205-2001).

Finished product protection

1The finished products and all kinds of molded accessories shall be stored on the ground with rain proof and snow proof measures and smooth ground, and shall be firmly supported by supports with sufficient strength and soft materials.

2When the profiled metal plate is transported horizontally, the rigid material shall be used to make the jig frame for handling, and it is not allowed to drag on the ground. The sling with cushion shall be used for vertical lifting. The sling shall be bound at multiple points. When the sling is stressed, it shall be placed in the vertical position as far as possible. It shall be laid down stably and gently to avoid collision with the profiled metal plate.

3In the process of transportation and construction, the profiled metal plate shall not contact with the iron components without anti-corrosion treatment.Iron filings will be produced during cutting and drilling on the plate surface, which must be treated in time and can not be overnight because iron chips will rust immediately in humid air or rainy days, forming red rust spots on the steel plate surface, which is difficult to remove.

4The construction load of profiled steel sheet roof shall not be too large, and workers shall not gather on the roof of profiled steel sheet during construction, so as to avoid excessive concentrated load and damage to the plate surface.When steel bars, tools or other heavy objects must be stacked on the finished profiled steel sheet, they shall be stacked above the steel beam, and square timber shall be padded at the trough of profiled steel sheet, and the height of square timber shall exceed the wave height.

5When the steel structure is applied with anti-corrosion and fire-proof secondary coating, the surface of the surrounding profiled metal plate shall be covered to avoid contamination. After the profiled metal plate is installed and before the construction of its subsequent process, the installed profiled metal plate shall be covered to avoid walking on it and dragging and transferring goods.
