The property is a two-story warehouse, lined with metal siding on the outside. The adjacent lot is a three-story building with a concrete superstructure and an exterior stucco façade.
The illustrations show a steel and/or cross-laminated timber structure. The building will have glass facades to let in light. A construction timeline has not yet been announced.
