1. environment: before coating, in addition to the surface of the base material or the previous coating to be cleaned and dry, the temperature of the base material should be more than 3 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature; in addition, the construction should be able to be carried out when the relative humidity is less than 85%.After derusting, the anti-rust primer shall be applied. When the relative humidity is not more than 65%, the primer shall be applied within 8 hours after derusting, and the relative humidity is 65-85%. The primer shall be applied within 4 hours after derusting. 

 2. interval time: after the completion of one coat of paint, before the next coat of paint, it must be acknowledged whether the regular interval time has been reached, otherwise the painting cannot be carried out.If the painting is to be carried out after the longest painting interval, the previous paint shall be roughened with fine sandpaper, and the dust and impurities shall be removed before painting in the future.
