1。Position measurement
According to the design data, the horizontal elevation, axis and column spacing of the foundation shall be re measured.The intersection of the vertical and horizontal axes is marked as the positioning datum of the installation column at the top of the foundation.
2。Column installation
In order to eliminate the influence of manufacturing error of column length on column elevation, before hoisting, measure 1 meter from the upper plane of support, as the section of theoretical elevation, with clear mark, as the reference for adjusting column elevation.On the upper surface of the column base plate, draw a cross line through the vertical and horizontal axis of the column center as the reference for column installation and positioning.When installing, overlap the crossing line between the column and the foundation.First, mark the elevation of the correction column with the theoretical elevation on the column, and then use the cushion to pad the anchor screw.Use two theodolites to correct the verticality of the column from the two axes, and tighten the bolts with double nuts after meeting the requirements.For single column with unstable structure, temporary protection measures of winding cable can be taken.For the columns supported between columns, the stability of the structure can be improved by installing the supports between columns.
Three.Crane beam installation
Before the installation of crane beam, it shall be inspected and installed when the deformation does not exceed the limit.After the crane beam is hoisted in place, it shall be fixed on the bracket with bolts in time, and the connecting plate between the upper edge of the beam and the column shall be connected.After the bolts meet the requirements, tighten them and adjust them with level and theodolite.
4。Roof beam installation
Roof beams shall be inspected prior to floor assembly.Only when the deformation of the component does not exceed the limit, the friction surface of high-strength bolt connection is free of sediment and other sundries, and the friction surface is flat and dry, can it be assembled on the ground.During the assembly of components, oil-free sleepers shall be used to pad well, and wooden strips shall be used to support both sides of the components to enhance the stability.The roof beam of steel structure building is assembled with two columns as the unit, which shall be inspected after assembly.
Straightness of beam;
(1) The spacing dimension of bolt holes connected with other components (such as pillars).After the adjustment test meets the requirements, tighten the high-strength bolts.
5。accessories installing
Roof purlin and wall purlin shall be installed at the same time.Before installing purlins, the deformation of components shall be checked, such as dealing with redundant parts, removing oil and sediment on the surface of components, etc., and several purlins shall be hoisted together in a group.After installation of one span, check the slope of purlin.The straightness of purlin is required to be controlled within the allowable deviation range.Otherwise, it can be adjusted by connecting bolts (with washers if necessary).
