Light weight floor system
The floor of the light floor system is composed of C-type light steel joists and thin plates laid on the joists.Generally, the joist span is 3.6 m-4.8 m, the joist height is 254 mm (the maximum span of joist can reach 11 m), and the joist spacing is 600 mm.The web plate is provided with large holes, which is very convenient for pipeline crossing and layout. There are three methods for the floor: high-density wood fiber cement board; full laying of profiled steel plate and then pouring of 20 mm ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete; full laying of directional wood fiber board or high-density laminated plywood. Each square meter of these lightweight buildings can bear a load of 316-365 kg.
Vertical wall structure
The vertical wall structure generally takes the inner horizontal wall as the bearing wall of the structure, and the wall column is a C-shaped light steel component. The wall thickness is determined according to the load, usually 0.84-2 mm. The wall column spacing is generally 400-600 mm. The lower end of the wall column is the bottom groove beam with the U-shaped opening upward, and the upper end of the wall column is the top groove beam with the U-shaped opening downward. The joist is fixed on the side of the upper groove beam.In order to improve the stability of the wall column, three light steel braces are generally set in the height range of the wall column. This kind of wall structure arrangement can effectively bear and reliably transfer the vertical load, and the arrangement is convenient, but the wall structure can not bear the horizontal load.
Building heat preservation and energy saving technology
In the American light steel residential system, great attention is paid to the heat preservation and energy conservation technology. For the wall, in order to ensure the heat preservation effect, in general, in addition to filling glass fiber between the wall columns, a layer of heat preservation material is pasted on the outside of the wall to effectively block the thermal bridge from the wall column to the outer wall panel; glass fiber is filled in the joist between the floors to reduce the heat transfer through the floors. All interior wall columns are filled with glass fiber to reduce the heat transfer between walls.
Building fire prevention technology
One of the most critical problems of building fire protection technology for light steel structure is the application of fire protection technology. Paste fire-proof gypsum board on both sides of the wall and on the ceiling of the floor, and use 25.4 for common firewall and household wall Mm thick (1 inch) gypsum board protection to meet the fire protection requirements of 1 hour. In addition, the glass fiber filled between wall columns and floor joists also plays a positive role in fire protection and heat transfer.
Building sound insulation technology
In light steel buildings, glass wool is filled between the inner and outer walls and the floor joists to effectively prevent the audio part transmitted by air. For the impact sound transmitted by solid, the following structural treatment is made in multi-story light steel houses: for the household wall, two wall columns are used to form two walls with middle space; for the ceiling, small fixed gypsum board is used Keel, with a small slot elastic structure to effectively reduce the spread of solid sound between floors.
