  1.Materials:

      The selection of anti-corrosion materials for building steel structure engineering should meet the design requirements.Anti-corrosive materials include primer, coating, diluent, etc.Red lead anti-rust primer, oil-based anti-rust paint, molybdate red epoxy ester anti-rust paint, building steel structure anti-corrosion paint, color alkyd enamel and color alkyd mixed paint, etc.All kinds of anti-corrosion materials should meet the relevant national technical specifications, and the products should meet the requirements.

  2.Machine tool:

    Sandblasting gun, air pump, spray gun, spray recovery device, pump, hose, shovel, hand wheel, emery cloth, cotton yarn, wire brush, small compressor, paint brush, bucket, pickling tank and accessories.

  3.Operating conditions:

     (1) A painter should have a special work certificate.

     (2) The acceptance of steel structure engineering before anti-corrosion coating project is qualified and meets the design requirements.

(3) Safety protection measures, fire prevention and ventilation measures shall be taken at the site of anti-corrosion coating to prevent fire and poisoning accidents.

(4) Outdoor anti-corrosion construction should choose suitable weather, wind, rain, cold, not suitable for work.
