The environmental sanitation of steel structure fabrication site can be summed up as follows: pollution sources should be effectively prevented.Steel structure components themselves have no direct impact on environmental sanitation, but the machinery, power, testing, equipment, auxiliary materials used in the production process will cause pollution, so controlling the generation of pollution sources is the first priority. 

    1、 At present, the occupational noise must be eliminated in the case of certain occupational noise sources, which must also be controlled under certain conditions.

    2、 Dust control, dust content should be strictly controlled within the scope of national standards, operators should wear good and perfect labor protection equipment.  

    3、 Paint mist, paint site should be air circulation, good ventilation, operators should do a good job in personal protection, especially pay attention to the toxic emission of organic matter and control of harmful metal content.

    4、 “RT” testing, in the steel components processing and manufacturing enterprises, the use of radiation for non-destructive testing is inevitable, radioactive sources become a great harm to environmental health.Therefore, there must be a time limit when using in the close type production area. Generally, it is better to film at night, and the warning line should be delimited in the detection area, away from the control operation.Lead room isolation is very good when conditions permit.    

    5、 Pollution and dirt: before the use of bottled acetylene in 1992, the discharge of acetylene generator users was very large, and now calcium carbide pollution has been basically eliminated.

   6、 In order to ensure the safety and environmental hygiene of the steel structure component manufacturing plant, the general principle should be implemented according to the regulations on labor protection of enterprise type of work.
