5、 Before the marking of steel structure processing, the material should be placed flat and stable, which is not only conducive to marking and ensuring accuracy, but also ensuring safety and not affecting other people’s work.In case of multi-faceted marking of large section steel members, pay attention to lay materials horizontally and fix them reliably to prevent accidents. 　　

 6、 According to the batching table and sample plate, the material can be saved as much as possible.Correct use of marking tools, measuring tools, templates and sample rods, and minimize the marking deviation caused by operation. 　　

 7、 When the process of steel structure processing is specified, the line shall be drawn in the specified direction to ensure the requirements of the parts on the rolling grain.

8、 For parts that need to be cut, whether the shear line is reasonable should be considered to avoid the situation that is not suitable for shearing operation. 　　

 9、 When imported steel is used, the chemical composition and mechanical properties shall be inspected to see if they meet the standards of corresponding brands. 　　

 10、 The main stressed components and components to be bent shall be taken according to the direction specified in the process during marking off, and the outer side of bending parts shall be free of sample punching points and scar defects.

11、 When the specification and size of steel are different from the design requirements, it is not allowed to replace the small with the large one at will, and it can only be replaced after calculation.If the steel supply is not complete, it can be flexibly adjusted according to the principle of steel selection, but it needs to be negotiated with the design unit. 　　

 12、 After marking, chisel or sample punching shall be made at the machining line, seam line and center position of the hole according to the processing requirements.At the same time, according to the technical specification on the sample plate, it should be marked clearly with white lead oil or enamel, so as to provide convenience for the next process. 　　

 13、 When cutting, the steel structure and quality shall be guaranteed. 　　

 14、 The remaining materials after the marking should be marked, including the number, specification, material and furnace batch number, so as to facilitate the reuse of the remaining materials.
