What are the requirements of steel structure rectification

、 The allowable deviation of steel after correction shall comply with the provisions of GB 50205-2001.

、 After the steel hook is corrected, the deflection vector height shall not exceed 1 / 1000 of the component length and shall not be greater than 10 mm.

、 When mechanical cold correction is adopted, it should be noted that the curvature radius of bending parts should not be too large or too small. If it is too large, due to the influence of spring back, the component correction accuracy is poor. If it is too small, it is easy to produce cracks. For components with serious bending deformation, annealing treatment before deformation or hot bending correction method should be adopted.

、 For the correction of flange plate transverse bending and non vertical, special mechanical design cold correction should be adopted for H-beam assembling and welding components. Due to the large welding deformation of double-sided welding, this process is generally required to solve the welding deformation of flange. After adopting single-sided welding, the welding deformation is small, and this process can be omitted. For the lateral bending of components, flame heat correction is generally used, which has better effect Good, if the local web drum, it is difficult to correct. It can be considered to increase stiffeners to reduce the degree of camber and improve the bearing capacity of web plate. It is not suitable to use flame correction method for the bending of member web in plane. The residual stress caused by flame correction and the stress generated by external load may increase the deformation and make the correction effect tend to disappear. Therefore, special attention should be paid to control the welding sequence to avoid down warping deformation in the web plane.

、 During cold correction and bending of steel structure parts and components, the bending radius and large bending rise shall comply with the provisions of GB 50205-2001.
