The assembly of steel structure parts mainly takes parts as the unit. According to the node requirements of the actual construction drawing, several parts are assembled and assembled (also known as secondary assembly) into independent integral members, which are processed into finished steel structure products through welding and other processes.The specific requirements of general assembly are as follows.　　

1、 Managers and operators must have a thorough and careful understanding of various technical requirements and know them like the palm of their hands. 

2、 For the general assembly of bars that need to be enlarged, the positioning model of each node size on the detail drawing must be done, and the general assembly can be carried out after the full-time inspection personnel check and approve. 　　

 3、 The general assembly parts of the steel structure shall be inspected and approved one by one according to the technical requirements of the drawings, such as whether the liner plate, groove, roof truss, truss web member and upper and lower chord member deformation are required. The steel members that do not meet the requirements shall not be assembled.　　

 4、 When there are concealed parts to be welded, welding must be carried out first, and then they can be covered after passing the bolt inspection. For complex parts, i.e. welding seams that are not easy to weld, they must be welded successively according to the welding sequence specified in the welding process. 

5、 Before the general assembly, it should be considered whether the joint parts after the General Assembly will affect the end face of the bar after the general assembly, such as BH steel column stiffness Cross (T) column, box column body needs to be machined and milled. The feature is that multiple joint parts cluster on the column body, and the weld shrinkage can not be ignored when welding, so attention must be paid to the addition of the joint parts during machining Weld shrinkage allowance.
