Safety warning signs must be hung in the main construction parts, operation points and dangerous areas of steel structure hoisting; sufficient lighting shall be provided for night construction; power lines must be erected and managed by professional electricians; red light warning shall be set up according to regulations, and emergency lighting of self provided power supply shall be installed.

       1、 During construction in winter, the safety protection measures for seasonal construction shall be carefully implemented, and the contact with the meteorological station shall be done well. Special personnel shall be responsible for issuing weather forecast during rainy season construction, and inform all construction personnel in time.Reserve enough spare materials such as water pump, lead wire, tarpaulin, plastic film, etc., so as to prevent accidents in advance.  

      2、 Before putting into use, the newly mobilized mechanical equipment must be inspected, identified and put into trial operation according to the technical test procedures and relevant regulations of mechanical equipment, and can be used only after passing the acceptance.The driving road of large crane must be solid and reliable, the construction site must be leveled and reinforced, and the bearing capacity of foundation must meet the requirements.

     3、 During hoisting operation, the dangerous area shall be specified, obvious safety signs shall be placed, and the hoisting operation area shall be closed. Special personnel shall be assigned to strengthen the safety warning to prevent other personnel from entering the hoisting dangerous area.  

     4、 Signal commanding personnel and cable handling personnel with rich hoisting experience must be selected at the construction site. Before construction, the operators must check their health, and the personnel suffering from diseases not suitable for high-altitude operation shall not be arranged for high-altitude operation.Operators must work with certificates, and lifting hook personnel must be relatively fixed.

    5、 The hoisting steel members shall be assembled on the ground as far as possible, the assembly platform shall be well prepared and its strength shall be ensured, and reliable anti dumping measures shall be taken for the assembled components.Edge protection and reliable safety measures must be set up for high-altitude operation in connection processes such as electric welding and high-strength bolts. 

    6、 It is forbidden to throw any objects at high altitude, and the transmission objects shall be tied with ropes. Screws, nuts, hand tools, welding rods, cutting small pieces, etc. in high-altitude operation shall not be placed at will. They must be placed in the intact tool bag, and the tool bag shall be tied and fixed to avoid falling objects and injuring ground personnel.

    7、 When welding on site, special windbreak should be made, and strict measures such as receiving firearm should be taken to prevent fire and scald. 

    8、 During welding operation, inflammable and explosive materials shall be removed or covered and isolated around the construction site, and outdoor operation shall be stopped in case of rain.The shell of the electric welding machine must be well grounded. The disassembly and assembly of its power supply should be operated by a professional electrician, and a separate switch should be set. The switch should be placed in the rain proof gate box.

    9、 During the construction of steel structure engineering, cross operation shall be avoided as far as possible. If cross operation is necessary, operation in the same vertical direction shall be avoided, otherwise safety protection layer shall be set.
