All kinds of steel pipe scaffolds erected for the construction of steel structure grid frame must have special quiet construction structure plan and special plan calculation, which shall be subject to the relevant provisions in Chapter 7 of this specification.

 　    1.The mobile scaffold control platform shall be erected, and the vertical pole of scaffold shall be welded on the channel steel, and the longitudinal and transverse bottom sweeping bars shall be set at the place 200 mm away from the channel steel surface.Scaffold ramp and rest platform, surrounding protection of working layer and scaffold board laying shall comply with relevant provisions in Chapter 7 of this specification. 　　

 　　2.When the mobile scaffold is towed and moved, it must obey the designation of special quiet construction structure plan. 　　

 　　3.Each time the scaffold is towed and moved, it shall be directed and observed by a specially assigned person. After 1-2m trial towing, the deformation environment of the scaffold shall be checked, and the formal dragging can be carried out after confirming that there is no deformation by W-class first-class producer.After dragging and positioning, the deformation and idling condition of scaffold shall be comprehensively checked, and the scaffold can be used only after it is confirmed that there is no deformation. 　　

 　　4.The steel bolt balls, bars and other components and accessories of the steel structure grid structure shall be hoisted to the scaffold platform in batches.It is not allowed to stack on the shelf platform in large quantities at one time, but should be placed and lifted along with the installation. 　　

 　　5.The operators on the scaffold platform should only be eliminated, and more than one person should not join in one span of the scaffold during operation.　　

 　　6.The operators who install steel bolt balls and bars on the steel structure grid should use the quiet belt, which should be hung on the firm layout, and the staff must be equipped with bags and hooks. 　　

 　　7.During the positioning, dragging or jacking operation of the steel structure grid, all the equipment shall be arranged firmly and firmly, the operation platform shall be set at the operation position, and the walking handrail or protective carving railing shall be set.No one shall stop on the grid during towing or jacking operation.
